Refund Policy
Limited Lifetime Warranty
Limited Lifetime Warranty (Original Purchaser). Covenant Machining warrants to the original retail purchaser that products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the product when installed and used as intended on unmodified, OEM‑spec equipment.
If a valid warranty claim is approved, we will, at our option, repair or replace the product or the defective portion thereof. Customer is responsible for all shipping and handling costs associated with warranty service (including shipment to and from Covenant Machining), unless otherwise required by applicable law.
This warranty does not cover damage or failure caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, accidents, improper installation, modification/alteration, unauthorized repair, normal wear and tear, or cosmetic wear.
2) 14‑Day Return Window (From Delivery)
We accept return requests within 14 days of the delivery date shown by the carrier tracking (the “Return Window”). To be eligible, items must be returned in original condition (or reasonably similar condition), and include all accessories/components originally included (if applicable).
3) Refund Method: Store Credit Only
All approved returns are issued as store credit only (no cash refunds), unless otherwise required by applicable law. Store credit will be issued after the return is received and processed (and/or after the claim is reviewed, as described below).
4) How to Request a Return, Store Credit, or Warranty Claim
To start a return/store-credit request or warranty claim, contact us at: orders@covenantmachining.com and include:
- Order number
- a short description of the issue,
- photo and/or video evidence showing the issue and the installed context (as applicable)
We may request additional photos, measurements, or troubleshooting steps to confirm the issue and determine the appropriate remedy.
5) Review & Resolution (Replacement / Exchange / Store Credit)
All return and warranty requests are subject to review. After we receive your request (and any required evidence), we will determine the appropriate resolution, which may include:
- Replacement
- Exchange
- Store credit
Please allow a reasonable amount of time for claim review and processing. We will notify you once a decision is made and provide next steps (including any return instructions, if required).
6) What’s Not Eligible (Unless Required by Law)
We do not accept returns or issue store credit for:
- Items returned outside the 14‑day Return Window
- Damage caused by installation error
- Misuse
- Modification/alteration or normal wear
- Cosmetic issues that do not affect function (minor surface marks, finish variation, etc.)
7) Shipping Costs
Warranty service: customer pays shipping/handling (unless otherwise required by law).
Returns: original shipping charges are not refundable, and return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise required by applicable law or explicitly stated in writing by Covenant Machining.
